| Richter: | To unlock Richter for new game + you need to first defeat whip memory and then defeat Dracula. Get the jet black whip and go defeat Loretta & Stella, after defeating them they will take you to a portrait of whip memory make sure to equip jet black whip, enter the portrait and defeat Richter. After leaving the portrait you will have the ultimate Vampire Killer, kill Dracula and upon starting a new game + Richter will be available. |
