| SMILEY & Jonah: | Finish the game on any difficulty |
| Isaac Clarke: | Finish the game always choosing the good choices |
| Dante: | Finish the game always choosing the bad choices |
| Bonus Weapons: | If you have a game save from the first Army of Two game you will automatically receive the Grand Pinger and the AS-KRI |
| Cheat Menu: | After completing the game for the first time you will unlock the cheats menu, giving you access to the ‘infinite ammo’ and ‘big heads’ cheats |
| Extra Weapons: | Unlock the ‘Spreadgun’ and ‘Tesla Cannon’ by beating the game once |
| Bad is Good: | Choosing the bad decisions in the game will net you better weapons earlier – if you can live with the guilt |
