Extra time
To get +2 seconds, hit the phone booths that have Mr. Burns’ picture on them. You can get +2 seconds in the road rage levels by running over the Transit bus stops.

Extra time and money
Start in Evergreen Terrace. Drive straight ahead to the bus-stop and pick up the passenger. They will want to go to the Kwik-E-Mart. Drop them off and pick up the passenger just outside the Kwik-E-Mart. They will want to go to Smither’s apartment. Drop them off and shoot down the alley opposite to pick up the passenger waiting at the end. They will want to go to Smither’s appartment. The passenger will always be Martin, or the Sea Captain or Barney. Do a quick 180 and shoot down the alley to drop them off. Then, shoot up the alley again to pick up the next passenger, who will always want to go to Smither’s apartment. Keep repeating this for easy money.

Super character
While playing a game, hold L1 + R2 + R3 + Left, then press Start. Your character will now be at level 20 and have access to all feats. Your character will also have level 1 feats on all class-dependent feats and 75,000 more gold pieces. Note: Your character will not advance to a higher level or gain additional feats.

Play as Drizzt
At the main menu, hold L1 + R1 then press X + Triangle. Alternatively, successfully complete the game on the extreme difficulty setting to unlock Drizzt.

Duplicate items
Save the game, then drop the items to be duplicated from the inventory of your current character. Press Start and choose change your character. Import your character from the previously saved game. The game will bring in your character with all items in inventory at the time of your save, and allow you to collect the duplicates that are on the ground. Alternatively, save the game and use a Recall Potion to return to the Elfsong Tavern. Drop all your expensive items, then import your saved player. Pick your items up and sell them. You can do this as many times as needed, have to save each time before you import again or you will lose the gold you have made.

Resurrection in multi-player mode
If a player dies during multi-player mode, have the surviving player go the previous save point. Walk in the light surrounding the save point and they will be brought back. The character will be resurrected with all items, but only with half hit points.

Start with Onyx Sword
After you have completed the game once and have saved the game with the Onyx Sword in your possession (for example, with the human), start a new game with a new character (for example, the dwarf) and save. Import the human, drop the Onyx Sword and any other good items, then import the dwarf and pick them up. Note you can do this with any character and any weapon.

Gauntlet mode
Successfully complete the game on any difficulty setting to unlock gauntlet mode.

Extreme mode
Successfully complete gauntlet mode to unlock the extreme difficulty setting.

Wrestle as Jerry Lynn
Choose anyone who does not hold a title. Say that you do not want to form a tag team to Vince. Talk trash on the mic, then say that you were just messing. Let time run out in roaming. Win the battle royal. Let time run out in roaming. Win the battle royal. Show up on stage. Win the match and the match that follows. Jerry Lynn will now be unlocked.

Wrestle as Michael Cole
Meet Michael Cole in story mode. Accept his challenge, then defeat him. Michael Cole will now be unlocked.

Wrestle as Mick Foley
Choose anyone who does not hold a title. Say that you do not want to form a tag team to Vince. Talk trash, then say that you want to kick his ass. Go to parking lot to find Vince. Win the match. Show up on stage. Win the match. Lose the match at Wrestlemania. Foley will appear and make it a hell in a cell. Win the hell in a cell match. Mick Foley will now be unlocked.

Wrestle as Rhyno
Choose anyone who does not hold a title. Say that you do not want to form a tag team to Vince. Run down and attack (if you win, you have an advantage in the following match. KO them to win). Lose the match, stay backstage, then go to Earl Hebner. He will be near the vending machines in the lobby. Tell him you are going after hard core title. Defeat Rhyno to unlock him.

Wrestle as Spike Dudley
Accept a tag team match. Find anyone, then win the match. Get your partner to find the third partner for six man tag. Go to the corridor where the APA office is located (door opposite vending machines in lobby). Help Spike, then win the tag table match. Win the tag team title match and Spike Dudley will be unlocked.

Wrestle as Shane McMahon and Stephanie McMahon Helmsley
To unlock Shane McMahon and Stephanie McMahon Helmsley, you need to unlock all the SmackDown cards. If you have not unlocked them all, go through one of them again to get to WrestleMania. You will unlock about three to four cards each time. Another way to do it is to defend a belt. Each time you defend, you unlock a card. However, when you are left with about three cards remaining (Shane’s and Steph’s cards included), you will need to go through story mode and win the WWF title at WrestleMania. To do this, choose anyone who does not hold a title. Say that you do not want to form a tag team to Vince. Talk trash on the mic, then say you want to kick his ass. Go to the parking lot to find Vince. Win the match. Show up on stage. Win the match. Then, win the match at WrestleMania.

Wrestle as Tajri
Choose anyone who does not hold a title. Answer that you do not want to form a tag team to Vince. Talk trash on the mic, then say you were messing. To get to Regal’s office, go down stairs on left, then go into the door on left before the vending machines. The first on the left is Regal’s office. Say that you do not want the Euro title match. Defeat Tajiri to unlock him.

Return to Portland and go to the Diablo parking lot (where the mission phone is located) between 19:00 to 24:00 to find the same Buggy glimpsed in Joey’s garage from the Mafia mission. It will appear in the same location and change color each time.

Easy “infinite” run
To continue to run at a fast pace without fatigue, just tap X instead of holding it down. This helps when trying to give your character “exercise” so that he can run for longer periods of time as well.

Stealing police cars
To easily steal police cars, press Triangle at the drivers’ side door. Then, as the policeman gets out, go to the passenger side and get in.

Use cars as a bomb
If you need a big bomb and you do not have the money for Eightball, smash your car into things and use it as a bomb on wheels when it starts to burn — but make sure you get out of the car before it explodes.

Getting guns
Go by Toni’s place to find an alleyway where an Uzi is located. Go near the mob car on the ledge in the other nearby alley — you can go between two buildings and find an AK47-like rifle and some armor.

Hidden packages
When you see the Rockstar billboard, there are usually some items nearby. On the three islands, hidden packages are usually found near the billboards. For every ten hidden packages you find, you gain access to a new weapon located at your hideout, free of charge.

Regain health
Car jack any vehicle and drive up to a prostitute walking the streets. Stop and let her approach the car, after a few seconds of talking, she will get in. Drive to a remote area where there are not any cops around (a good place is in your hideout). Stop the car, but do not get out. After about two seconds, the car will start rocking back and forth. You will recover approximately 40 to 50 points of health. When it is over, she will exit the car and walk away, but not before she charges you a fee. At this point you can beat her up and take back the money you just paid her. Note: The prostitute will fight back when you try to take your money back. If for any reason you both have to exit the car before it starts rocking, you will still be charged a fee (beat her up to take it back). You cannot do this with the same prostitute twice in one night — you can however, pick up another prostitute and recover more health. Even though the maximum amount of health points is 100 when you start the game, it increases to 125 after the encounter and remains that way.

Avoid police chases
After stealing police cars, you are relentlessly pursued by the police until you are captured or injured. In order to avoid this, steal the police car (try smashing them until they get out to arrest you, and then jump in their car). Take the stolen police car to your garage (the condition does not matter), and save the game. When you return with the stolen police car later (from your garage), it will be viewed as a normal car by the police, but will still be able to do the Vigilante mission.

First, find badges. The best places to look are in the alleys and parking lots. If being chased in a car, and you are not about to explode, just keep running, and try to not kill anyone. Sometimes, if you drive around enough in harsh conditions, the cops will just stop chasing you. This only happens if you have one or two stars though. If you have around four or more stars, quickly find some badges. The cops are reckless around them, and will do anything to get you busted, or most likely killed, even if it means accidentally killing a few witnesses.

Items
The following items are always available at your safe house, and regenerate. The numbers indicated the number of hidden packages needed for that item:

Free repairs:
To repair your car for free, go to your hideout and put your car in the garage. Leave the garage so the door closes. Enter the garage again and your car will be as good as new. Note! This does not get rid of the cops. It only fixes the damage.

Marathon runner:
The hero in GTA3 gets tired of sprinting after holding X down too long. To overcome this tap X quickly and he will runner faster and longer than Forrest Gump himself.

Unlock Staunton Island:
You have to complete the last Mafia Mission (by sinking the Cartel ship)

Unlock Shoreside Vale:
You have to finish the mission from Donald Love in wich you have to kill Kenji of the Yakuza

Prostitute Trick:
This trick works best in the Red Light District. Get any car, except for a police car, FBI car, Ambulance, Fire Truck or Taxi, and pull alongside the sidewalk next to a girl wearing a Brown or Pink outfit. She will walk over to the car and begin bending over, like she’s talking to you. A few seconds later she will get in the car. Drive to a secluded area (or your hideout) and stop the car. Be quick about it, because your money will drain for the amount of time she’s in the car. Once the car is stopped, it will begin rocking. It’ll rock slow, then it’ll get faster. Your health is replenishing, but your money is depleting. Using the prostitute, you can get your health up to a maximum of 125. When you reach the maximum health, she’ll get out of the car. Now, if your feeling particularly cold-blooded, you can get out of the car, chase after the prostitute, beat her, and take your money back.

Finding the fastest car in Portland:
Stuck in Portland and can’t find yourself a good car? Head to the car dealership next to 8-ball’s place and drive through the windows to find yourself a Viper!

Make your car “fly”:
With the code where the pedestrians fight, it along with the improved handling cheat can make the car “fly”. When you are at an incomplete bridge, like if you haven’t gotten to Shoreside vail from Stautan Island, you get past the barricades, and be careful not to floor it for too long or you will lose control (be familiar with the brakes.) But when you get to the straightaway, floor it and dont move the joystick. When you are in the air with the descent pull the joystick back and you go even further and you land on the bridge – simply the cheats to get all places – except you can’t save.

Drive-by:
To do a great drive by killing equipt the uzi’s and go into first person mode while in the car. Then press and hold L2 or R2 to look out of the left or right side window. Then while holding one down press Circle to fire the uzi and mow down people on the side-walk

Bulletproof Patriot:
Complete the mission from Ray (the cop) on Stanton Island called “Marked Man” and you will recive the keys to his stash. This contains a flamer, rocket launcher and a lot of cash as well as a bulletproof Patriot.

Go through the tunnel near 8 balls place and kill the 4 tramps inside. Each of the tamps is carrying a monotov cocktail. (They won’t throw them at you bu they will run)

Cheats are unlocked by completing all mission objectives within a set amount of time. To activate the cheats, enter “System Options”, then choose “Extras”, and “Cheat Grid”. To play the FMV sequences unlocked in the cheat menu, choose the “Movie Player” option that is above “Cheat Grid”.

Start with additional characters
Start the game with a memory card with a saved game from Dynasty Warriors 2. Some characters unlocked in Dynasty Warriors 2 will be available in your new game.

Play as Lu Bu
On Hu Loa Gate, get over 1000 KOs and defeat Lu Bu to unlock him. This can only be done while on the Allied forces.

Use the Red Hare on any level
On Hu Loa Gate, once you defeat Lu Bu a supply unit will appear (usually to the north.) Defeat the supply captain and you will get a secret item. Equip the item to use it on any level.

Lighter cars:
Pause the game, press L1, R1, R1, L2, R2, R2.

Increase time warp:
Pause the game, press R1, L1, L2, R2, Right, Right, Right.

Decrease time warp:
Pause the game, press R2, L2, L1, R1, Left, Left, Left.

No gravity:
Pause the game, press R1, R2, R1, R2, Up, Up, Up.

New Extra Cars:
Take Midnight Racing Club and save your cars the load them on Smuggler’s Run and you will have extra cars!

Hidden Tunnels:
From where you start, drive over the sand dunes in the desert level until you are in plain view of the windmills. Drive over the hills and you will see a long dirt road.
Follow the road towards the 1st border check point. Keep driving until you pass the antique post office and a small group of hitchikers.
The end of the road should be near, find then end and take a right.
“4-Wheel” through the mirage pond until you see a oval tunnel.
Drive through that tunnel, and you will end up in a “ghost valley”, then follow the dirt tracks until you get to another tunnel but do NOT go into it.
Instead, take a right up a steep hill. Once at the peak of that hill, go under the boulders located to your right, and follow the road that leads to a pit.
Drive off into the pit, and you’ll find another hidden tunnel.
Go into the tunnel and you will now end up in another giant dark pit!
Go into the new pit and you’ll notice ANOTHER hidden tunnel.
You can either drive into the tunnel and take a gigantic flying dive directly over the post office or you can come out the other end and be launched 50 feet into the air! This is where you can climb the side of the mountainous hill to get to the top of the desert mountains. Just use make sure you use the Hummer, since it can climb large objects.
Once your on top of the mountain, you will see that it is the highest point in the level, allowing you to see everything there is. You will also notice a black wall that is the end of the map! There are plenty of traps, so be careful! Enjoy the view!

On Top Of The World:
To get up to the edge of the map, find the archway that is at the top of the long stairs. Climb onto the cliff that it connects to and then drive over the arch and up the hill. Fllowing the path leads to a dead end with a spectacular jump if you climb the wall there. If you climb the wall on the left side of the hill that you just drove across via the arch, you are now on the highest elevation on the map. Slowly drive along the ridge until it broadens out. Once on top you can go nearly half way around the map, bounded by the jump/pit area on the southwest corner and the airfield on the west.

Hidden tunnels:
From the starting location in the Desert, drive to the Mayan Temple. There should be a tunnel on the other side of the tunnel…But if you drive through that tunnel and then through the next one and take an immediate left up a hill and then turn right under a large rock you will come to a really cool area. Then drive until you fall into a large pit. At the bottom of the pit is a large tunnel, drive through that tunnel. You will be dumped into another large pit, turn left from the bottom of the pit and you should see a tunnel. Drive through it and you should come out a secret hole in the side of a mountain which you cant see from the road you land on.

FLY!:
You can fly by putting the cheat decrease warp on as many times as you can and lighter cars. Then in the game tiop a car onto its roof, then hold accelerate and turn together. This takes practice and should make your car spin and climb up into the air. When you are high enough shove on fast motion to do a very fast plummet.
