EB Games posted 11 gameplay screenshots for Halo Reach on the Xbox 360 earlier on today. The validity of the screenshots is still questionable as nothing has been announced so we’re unsure as to if these screenshots were posted with our without permission however they do look like the real deal. What we can see from the screenshots below is the promised spartan squad taking on the covenant and the use of non standard UNSC vehicles. Some of the screenshots also hint at the possibility of close quarter finishing moves and the use of stealth, see for yourselves.

Over the past week or so reviews have started popping up for Mass Effect 2 but its hard to find all the information without literally going out and buying a magazine which depending on what country you live in, could be pointless anyway. So, we have decided to collect together the review scores so you can see for yourself how Mass Effect 2 has scored and not base it all on a single review, we doubt you’ll be disappointed!

Official Xbox Magazine – 9.5/10

Edge Magazine 10/10

PC Gamer – 90/100

Games TM – 10/10

GameAktuall (German) – 91%

Xbox 360 Gamer – 9/10

CD-Action (Polish) – 10/10

Xbox 360 World – 90%

Now, that should put all your doubts to shame. Pre-order Mass Effect 2 now or miss out!

Star Trek Bridge Commander is the first space simulation set in the Next Generation universe that truly puts you in command of your own Starfleet starship and crew.

While on duty in a remote area of space, a nearby sun suddenly erupts releasing a deadly blast that damages your ship, kills your Captain and threatens nearby colonists. Now you must take control of your ship and lead your crew to solve the mystery. Your mission is clear — discover the cause of the devastating explosion and prevent it from happening again. During the race you will battle the Cardassians, ally with the Klingons, investigate the unpredictable Romulans and reveal a secret plot that threatens the Federation itself.

The excitement and the challenges grow as you and your crew race to find the cause through over 30 different missions. These will include many of Star Trek’s most fundamental elements – defense, combat, diplomacy, exploration, rescue, and scientific discovery. For the first time you will be able to command both Galaxy and Sovereign class ships much like the U.S.S. Enterprise-D and U.S.S. Enterprise-E.

The question is — can you keep your cool while bulkheads fail? Will you save your crew, save the colonists and defend the Federation from a new threat?

MechWarrior 4: Black Knight, the highly anticipated expansion pack to the award-winning MechWarrior 4: Vengeance, takes you back into action on Kentares IV with new ‘Mechs and vehicles, more ways to modify your ‘Mechs, several new multiplayer modes, and a new single-player campaign where you can play a Black Legion mercenary fighting for House Steiner.

A collaborative effort combining the expertise of Cyberlore (creators of Majesty and the WarCraft II Expansion Pack) and the guidance of FASA Interactive, MechWarrior 4: Black Knight continues the award-winning tradition established by MechWarrior 4, with players exploring a new, darker chapter in the conflicts of Kentares IV.

In addition, MechWarrior 4: Black Knight also introduces a new Black Market mode which will give players more options when upgrading their ‘Mechs. MechWarriors are no longer limited to salvaged equipment from previous battles, and can now trade to get the parts they really need. New multiplayer modes include Absolute Attrition, Strongholds, Siege Assault, Giant Killers and Clan vs. Inner Sphere.

Go ‘Mech-to-’Mech with friends and foes alike in the multiplayer only MechWarrior 4: Black Knight trial version. Fight on a team or go it alone in Absolute Attrition, or team up and try to destroy the enemy HQ in ‘Mech Strongholds. All the action takes place on a Volcanic Map so heat is a big factor.

Featured ‘Mechs include the new Ryoken and Sunder, along with the “jack of all trades” Bushwacker, the deadly Mad Cat Mark II, and the fearsome Atlas. You’ll have all of the weapons, except for Cluster Bombs, at your disposal, so have fun.

In the year 10191, the Houses Atreides and Harkonnen are fighting a bloody battle for control of the sand planet Arrakis (Dune). Its only resource: Spice, giving those who possess it a very long life and greater powers. Two Atreides will survive the all-out massacre organised by Baron Harkonnen with the help of the Emperor: Jessica, the Duke’s concubine and Paul, his son and heir to the throne. The Baron now has only one thing on his mind: revenge. The pair successfully escape and find refuge with the Fremen, a native tribe of Arrakis who are nomadic, mysterious and fiercely independent.

Paul spends two years with the Fremen. He must first earn their trust, then demonstrate his courage so that they will recognise him as their Messiah, the one who will bring them true freedom and make Dune a fertile planet.

During these two years, the player takes on the role of Paul. The story line revolves around him and his integration into the very heart of the Fremen tribe. Spies, intrigue and assassination attempts are everyday occurrences for Paul at this time in his life and the atmosphere is clearly felt and perfectly reproduced. To demonstrate his bravery and worth, Paul takes on many missions. He must destroy the Spice smugglers, harass the Harkonnen, sabotage factories, find hiding places for stockpiling Spice, etc. During these missions, he explores all known places on Dune and is able to perfect his fighting techniques, for battle and knife combat, and practise the powers that make him such an exceptional being.

The essence of the game is based on action, but action filled with finesse and discretion. The art of infiltration, of going unnoticed and striking the enemy, stealing plans and information without the enemy noticing… these are the aims of the operations led by the Fremen in preparation for their final attack… and the ultimate fight for Independence.

Binding to a key
You can bind specific commands to a key. Just enter in the console:

bind key_name “action” (for example: bind a “timescale 1″). You can add binding to config file in config directory, and then you can load it by typing in console:

exec _config_name_without_extension
